Role of Volunteers

  • Share information on soil health, fertility, and sustainable practices. 

  • Assist visitors in understanding the importance of soil conservation and its role in agriculture.

  • Provide guidance and directions to visitors at the exhibition.

  • Answer basic questions from the farmers and visitors related to soil care and problems they might have.

FAQ's

  • Fill out the online volunteer application form on our website. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for verification.

  • Volunteers should be present from 8:30 AM - 6 PM from 10 to 14 December 2025

  • Yes. All volunteers will receive orientation and role-specific training before the exhibition begins.

  • Volunteers need to be present for all the days of the exhibition.

  • No prior experience is required, though experience in event management as a volunteer is a plus point.
